Road Patrol training
In week 6, some year 5's did road patrol training. We had to fill in a permission form to be able to do it and if we gave the permission form in on time, it will mean that we are responsible like a real true road patroller would be. We had a look at where the road patrol bits were as a whole year 5. Then, we got to have a turn at road patrolling, but sadly we had to do them in classes and when it was our turn it started raining harder and harder. At the end the rain finally stopped but it was time to get back to class again. I feel like road patrolling would help me with my road skills since when we do that we have to look left and right to see where the cars were. After all I think I would want to be a road patroller in year 6.

My birthday party!!!
On the 11th of November I had my birthday party at gravity. I invited 8 people and got to play dodge ball in the dodge ball area even though lots of little kids kept stealing the balls. We played in the ninja obstacle coarse and climbed on the hammock to relax. In total, we jumped for 2.5 hours and at the end my dad got us all the push up popsicle because we were just so hot and thirsty for popsicles!!! At the end cake was served, and we all went home. I was so happy! I just couldn't wait to get home and rip open my presents!
But my baby sister might start chewing on my presents...😑😿

Bike safety
On the first day of week 4 Room 16 did bike safety. We had to check our helmets, pump the tires, check the brakes, oil the the chains, and adjust the bike seat in the weekends. Luckily, no one had flat tires so we had lots of time to do other things. I learnt that you have to signal for a minim of 3 seconds before you turn. Here are some of the pictures some people took throughout bike safety:
